I love the fun and excitement these gelacies bring to parties. Even the most curmudgeonly of guests loosen up when presented with a tray of edible art.
In the past twelve months Gelology has taken off. I've competed in the Jell-o Mold Competition in Gowanus Studios where my Jell-Obama was featured on the Wall Street Journal and CBS Sunday Morning. I've been interviewed by Boston Spirit Magazine, The Boston Globe, and The Huffington Post. My edible creations have been hired by Microsoft and Mullen Advertising. They even graced the lips of such celebrities as Sting and Rutina Wesley of True Blood. It is my hope to keep pursuing this jiggly, fruity, knock your socks off party pleaser to its fullest. Enjoy!
