Okay. Technically that song is for baseball. But it's football season and the demand for shots is rising. Building off a technique I'm learning called "Embedding" I decided to make some gelatin shots for a friends Northwestern University Alumni party.
Purple
1 3 oz box Grape gelatin
1 envelope knox
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup blueberry schnapps
White
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
2 envelopes Knox
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup peach scnhapps
These made 12 2 x 2 inch jello squares.
I can't wait to do more embedding! And the football season presents endless possibilities. Well, ok it's not like they're infinite possibilities, but a bit of hyperbole goes a long way with gelatin. Even the word hyperbole sounds gelatinous. Hmmm.... maybe I should make that into a shot.
